    I do not recommend this company to anyone! *** was unprofessional & did not even attempt to resolve my leak issue at all! He came to my home 2 times because First American Home Warranty utilizes Pipeworks Plus as one of their companies to perform work. All that aside, both times I informed *** that it was the showerthe 1st time he said it was the toilet & thinking he was the professional I said ok & he replaced the tank bolts. The next time, a a result of the upstairs leaking into the lower bathroom, when the shower was being used, I contacted the warranty company & advised that it was the shower. In the meantime, I closed off the shower to prevent further damage. *** came the following day and ran the shower for 5 minutes & said he doesnt see a leak so he could do nothing! So I guess it was our imagination that the day before we had water coming down through the ceiling (watermarks are proof) in the lower bathroom! Also, when it leaks the next time will they come at 5am when its being used to insure that it is indeed leaking? I dont think so! Now, it will cost more for secondary repairs for something that could have been resolved months ago! He chuckled at my situation as he gave me his invoice! For the first time in 20+ years I cussed! I told him, You wasted my time and have not done s**t, please get the h*** out of my house! And he chuckled some more! I hope it wasnt because of race issues! He did not check one pipe to make sure we would be ok! What a waste of a tech who just collected his ************* do a thing! The name should be changed to Pipeworks Minus!! Made no effort to offer any Plus in regards to professionalism, customer service and had ZERO concern! *** does not want to work, he wants prey on getting as much money as he can without doing absolutely nothing! Like the old song from the 80s, Money for nothing and chicks for free! Do not let this man in your house!! Im sorry I had to give 1 star, ********* company deserve negative stars
