      Today I had 2 men come to my home today hired thru *********** to fix outlets. They came into my home and first was extra rude dud not want to be here . While training another guy. He treated the man he was training like he was stupid and treated me like I was stupid. I am in a wheelchair and he flipped a couple panels and left me in the dark. When I called the dispatch to complain she said that the house was too messy for him to get thru which is blatant lie. I offered to send pictures to show that he was lying and then she was almost as rude as he was. Now I'm trying to flip breakers myself and hearing sparks in my breaker box. They said they'd send someone else out in a COUPLE DAYS OR NEXT WEEK. If I could put zero stars I would. They were rude, unprofessional, and I will not allow this company back into my home. I just hope nothing happens to my home or someone else's that they work on.

      In response to this customer for ************ The electrician entered the home and was immediately surrounded by two dog, (1 large , 1 small). The customer stated there was three outlets not working. The electrician replaced one outlet then requested the location of the electrical panel. The panel was located in a bedroom where an adult male was sleeping. The customer told the sleeping male to get out of bed to which he would not. In the meantime the electrician looked in the bedroom and noticed the floor was covered in dog f**** He told the customer to which she replied yes the small dog was 18 years old and could not control his bowel movements and realized she needed to clean it up. She then tried to get the adult male out of bed to reset the breaker in the panel but he refused to do so. *************** waited for a while but the male would not take the time to help with the breaker reset. The electrician then explained he was on the clock and would have to move on because of other commitments. She tried again to get the adult male to help with the resetting of the breaker to no avail.Summary: Our men tried to help this lady but due to the dog f**** covering the bedroom floor where the panel is located they could not. We do not require our employees to work in conditions such as described. After conferring with *********** they are in agreement with us and we will not be returning to this call. We encounter calls like this while working for **** and have to make judgement calls on each situation.
