My *********** are senior citizens, he is 67 & ************** 72. We have done business w/them 4 years. What happened the other day was unreal. I went in & very calm asked if someone could help us. I got a loud "NO." I repeated my request & a few employees said "NO we can't help u."@ the same time my husband was trying 2 get the heavy tub out of the car (a neighbor helped us put it in car). He found a shopping cart, loaded it (which he shouldn't have done, but he's 1 of those man who even severely crippled tries 2 do everything) But then we both realized the doors were not HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. I had 2 hold 1 small door while he'd have 2 put his cane down 2 open other side. Yes I got mad, alittle loud but I'm very angry. IF this was the policy of the entire company, this store or was it just VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE?
