    Very rude customer service! I called them to ask questions about a letter I received from them which is very confusing. During the 3 minutes talk, the guy on the other side accused me of not being polite and having bad manner like treating a kid when I was trying to interrupt a little to add a follow up information. I backed up and he kept talking as if he's the king. I felt humiliated especially at the end, he said "you know what, I am done with this talk" while I was still talking politely and calm. Cannot believe this!
