    I should have done my homework before calling these crooks. As others have stated, the 600$ capacitor replacement trick is one of the main attractions to this illusion. They have a recognizable image on the vehicles and are polite on the phone, but are straight robbing people. Our technician quoted us an out the door price of just shy of 900$ to get our unit cooling again. That amount included the 99$ service fee, 630$ capacitor replacement ( ridiculous, I know) and a "professional" coil cleaning for another 120$. The tech just hosed off the unit from the outside, not even cleaning the debris he pointed out to me and even their written agreement stated he would remove the top of the unit and clean it thoroughly. The capacitor was replaced and the unit is still performing as it did before he did any work. I asked them to come back out to make it right since i had spent so much money, and he told me I needed a new system and that I could recoup some of my 900$ if they installed it. NOPE. I had to hang up on this guy, trying to argue with me about the whole situation. We have cut our losses and hope that others will head this warning. There are hundreds of people doing HVAC to choose from and I chose one of the worst! We will be contacting every resource possible to expose this company after reading sooo many experiences like our own.
