    We were told to use Encore for an insurance claim from Allstate. They did not show up when they were supposed to show up, did not complete the work, and then mandated we pay them for work not completed or needed. They also said the work would take one day and it took 3 days and then was never completed.

    Had a dishwasher leak. They removed undamaged molding. When i asked to have it returned, was told they did not have it anymore. I made several attempts to get my molding replaced. To no avail. They do not return my calls. A word to the wise. Do not ever let them remove anything that is not damaged. Now I have to replace the molding. Will I use this company again?N0!
