      I hired Express Bath to remodel our bathroom. This was to include removing the existing shower, flooring, vanity, lighting, mirror, toilet and towel racks. In turn we were to get a new shower with a glass door, new vanity, and a marble counter top. I was to supply new mirrors, a toilet, new lighting, flooring and towel racks. They would be installed for us. The first day of work, two guys removed the vanity, toilet, old flooring and shower. The second day the shower and vanity were installed. We were happy with the looks of both. I told *** that since we were redoing the floor in the bathroom, how about he give me a quote to do the bedroom as well. We never got to that point.The third day, nobody showed up. I called *** and he said they couldn't do any more work until the vanity counter was ready and installed. I asked when that would be and he said in a few days. A few days later I called him again and he said it would be ready by the end of the next week. That meant we couldn't use the bathroom, as it had no shower door, mirrors or toilet. It was at this point I told *** to forget about doing the bedroom floor, just finish the bathroom. The following week the counter top was installed, but no other work was done. Then *** finally showed up with his guys and said the job would be complete by the end of that day. I was relieved and looking forward to it finally be finished. It was at this point *** said, yep, all you'll need is a shower curtain. I thought I was going to have a stroke. He insisted he never said he was putting in a glass door for the shower.That was one of the selling points to getting this job done.My newly remodeled bathroom ended up with no toilet, no mirrors, and no new flooring. Obviously I wouldn't recommend Express Baths. I would stay as far away from them as possible. I trusted him to do a good job, even when my wife and dog didn't like the guy. I might not always trust my wife's instincts, but I should have trusted my dog.

      The allegations in the above Review are bogus and have been proven to be inaccurate in a court of law. All evidence was presented, hearing was had and the Judge agreed all work was done pursuant to the contract. In fact, the customer did not have any complaints about the work that was done only the work he canceled and not work performed. Customer said he misunderstood but proof was provided that he received the contract and read it. Judgement for Express Baths for the amount owed and related fees. Anyone having a remodel/renovation done should know what they are paying for prior to commencement of work.
