      Not very professional after discovering I had a monitor on my leg.Pushing *** appointment and other appointments when Im in pain. Changing physical appointments to phone video visits.Even after discovering from the *** that I was having troubles.Never put *** results in my chart, nor give me any paper work stating the results.Still getting calls before I took my shot to cancel physical visits to phone video visits. Never offered any relief assistance until a scheduled appointment for a epidural shot weeks later.******* ******* tells me the results are bad and explain that they were not good but Im still good.That did not sit well with me and I questioned her in a way that we didnt seem to understand each other. Everyone pain is different, she should know that.Still no paper work to explain the results.I finally get the Lesi L5-S1 midline shot 4/16/25 but not by the doctor I was assigned to.I guess its a good thing because we had a bad takeoff, and I feel she would have not been in the best fit to shoot me with a needle in my back.But so far, were on day two and I feel better from the shot so far.I finally get the paper work to explain the results of the ***, I had to go get them from the office with back pains. Wasnt never sent to my ************ is the 19th of April 2025.I got the shot on the 16th, and Im starting to feel my back pain *********** 4/30/25 is another appointment day which was turned into an over the phone appointment which was at 10:15. They called me at 9:03. Now if I didnt answer, it would have been a no call no show so to speak. But its like theyre doing this intentionally. You cant check no ones back over the phone with the pain Im in. And they are scheduling weeks apart knowing the pain Im telling them Im in. Discrimination written all over it. After the last phone visit I got a prescription and it isnt working. I was scheduled a drug test and it was set two weeks away. Dragging me for reasons I dont know.
