"theres a check list they gives you to fill out when moving into a place i filled it out ive asked time and time again about this check list for my records i kept getting lied to i told them about the bathroom tub has black water coming up out of the tub i told them about the floors repeatedly they never came to fix it i fail through the floor and got hurt to the point i had to go to the hospital both of my girls also fail through the floor and i reported it to blacktie realitor which they stilll never came out and did anything i got animals from neighbors coming up under the house coming up through the hole sitting on my furniture sitting on my couch all kinds of bugs rats and everything coming through the holes in the bathroom walls and that was like that when i moved in here it was so much damage to this place the whail was broken there was no running water section 8 approved me to move in this place bedroom doors was chewed out by the past tenants animals kitchen sink was leaking amongst other issues in this place g to the point when it rains it comes through the windows of my daughter room i found out its black mold in here and so much more"
