  My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. It all started when I was billed twice for the services they provided. I tried to address this issue by updating my card information on their website, but they conveniently updated their website to make it impossible to update the card on file. When I've spoken with the representatives, each said the card was being billed properly. It wasn't. Over the course of several weeks, I spoke with over 30 different representatives, each of whom assured me that my card information would be updated. However, despite their promises, my card details remained unchanged, but only on one of the services. I was double billed for a reseller's service, as well as a website. To make matters worse, the company eventually sent my account to collections because they couldn't update the card or bill the card that I had previously updated with one of their representatives. When I spoke with the representatives, I asked if everything had been updated. They stated that everything was current.But the horror didn't end there. The client who was supposed to receive the services, which I had already paid for, ended up suing me for $10,000. I lost this case, along with my reputation as a provider of 15 years.This company's incompetence and disregard for its customers have not only caused me substantial financial loss but also unnecessary stress and legal troubles. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and its services.

  After having my AIT account for 25 years this company has gone right down the tubes. I cannot even tell you all the gory details without going into great length, so I'll just leave this summary review as stated. I built and operate an IT support business that has been AAA rated with the Better Business Bureau for almost 30 years, so I know a little bit about running a business successfully. If I could give ZERO Stars I would do that in a New York Minute. Since I can never get anyone at AIT to keep their word and have a supervisor call me to address my many issues, that is only the beginning of their treatment since going obviously 'woke' and discriminate against people that don't share their questionable values.

  Paid for website afterwards pay them $49 a month to monitor the site. They recent added ****** my business without my consent I had them to refund it they wouldn't. I want to my bank did leg work. They sent me a email upset that I dud a charge back said if i didn't resend it and a letter if apology they would suspend what I've already paid for. I refused they supended my connection. That no one can click on my site and listen or call in. I am losing business.
