      By far the worst construction agency I have ever had to deal with. Gave deposit in December, county denied the building plans due to the material. Sent multiple emails so I would have in writing my deposit was refundable if it was denied. Sent denial letter in January, it's now April 29th. Tried multiple times to get ahold of *********, always told she is busy or not in the office. Asked for a cell number, front desk guy gave me a number for a $100 sweepstakes contest. You would have better odds of breaking out of alcatraz then actually getting what these people promise. ****** 7O4-792-742Two

      ******** customer service! No show, no call for 3 days-cost me 3 vacation days! They didnt have all material needed! They left a hole in my building & said they would fix it the next time they were in the area-it took 5 months for you to get here! I said you are not leaving a hole in my building so they took blue material from someone elses building & put it in my brown building! As their crew was leaving, the office called me & said I needed to get home right now because a crew was waiting on me at my house! They had the wrong customer! They are so unorganized & unconcerned about anyones time! They are the worse company *** ever dealt with in my 54 years!

      Mr ******** I will reach out to the manufacture to see when they will be able to come out for repair. You have a (1) year workmanship warranty on the unit and **** is well within that time line. There are many delays due to weather. Working on getting this taken care of for you

      I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with Triple A Steel Structures and NC Carports. It took 9 weeks after paying the deposit and sending in site photos to get the building. I made 4 phone calls asking for an update and each time was told I'd receive a call the week before to schedule install with no answer for the delay or apologies. The scheduler with NC Carports told me the crew would be there sometime afternoon on Friday and would be done on Saturday. On Saturday morning I called NC carports to ask for an update since the work crew still hadn't arrived. She had told me they would be open until 12 on Saturday but they were closed.The work crew did a good job. They did quality work and did a decent job picking up when they were done (few pieces of garbage, cigarette butts, metal and screws were left, but not a big deal) they showed up a day later than scheduled and unannounced (he had entered my phone number incorrectly, but again not a big deal) Our building was completed on Sunday around 830pm. On Tuesday I received 4 calls between 730am and 330pm demanding the remaining balance and told me the work crew wouldn't paid until I had submitted payment. I also received 3 text messages, one asking if I was sending payment in the mailI tried to voice my concerns and disappointment with a manager but it was a waste of oxygen. I stated our signed contract had a time frame of 4 weeks weather permitting for install, the manger told me there is no time frame listed on the contractShe was hostile and continued to interrupt while I was speaking even after I had asked her to let me finish. I hope to save someone else the frustration and headache of doing business with them.

      We apologize if we didn't reach our very best on customer service, our schedule got book from bad weather,holidays,our crews get behind just like any other company. One thing we do know is that we tried everything we could in our power to get your building install, we sent our top installers to get your building install , our crew leader kept up his good work and manage to finish your building neat and clean, we apologize for trying to reach to get payment but we do this for our installers to get there payment as well.
