    RE: ********** ******* Mr. ********************** 107 **********************wood ************************************** Mr. **********************'s customer service is nothing less than extraordinary.I live in ********** so ensuring delivery of ordered trees and plants from ************** can be tough especially given our recent sustained hot weather. Unfortunately one recent order fell victim to delivery mishaps. When I emailed Mr. ********************** with photos to show the damage, they responded immediately! Without hesitation they offered to send me another tree free of any charges along with their sincere apologies. I hadn't even requested a replacement!When I wrote back to say replacement wasn't necessary, their response was that they wanted to send one out to me as soon as possible. I was happily surprised but overjoyed!When the replacement tree arrived it was spectacular! Even taller than the original and in pristine shape. I couldn't help but think how extraordinarily I had been served by Mr. **********************.The entire team had gone out of their way to ensure rapid communication and my ultimate satisfaction. This exemplary customer service, which we all know to happen far too seldom from most companies and corporations, caused me to feel valued and respected. And, I realized that their remarkable customer regard must reflect their attention to product care for only those who truly value their customers, care about their product standards. And in every way they obviously do.I write here so others can know how well run and trustworthy this company is.Thank you Mr. **********************.
