      The apartments at ********* are reasonably priced and are not badly maintained, but their management leaves much to be desired. Work orders often go unaddressed or are closed without resolution, so if you have a problem, you might be better off handling it yourself. The office staff, ***************************** and the others, are not very helpful and seem to serve no more purpose than a decorative piece. The overall experience has been frustrating, and the lack of effective support is a major downside. I relocated to a new unit at ******************** in November 2023. As of August 2024, I have not yet received my security deposit. Despite multiple visits to the office and being informed that the issue has been escalated to the account and general manager, there has been no resolution after nine months. Recently, ******** indicated that she cannot meet with me to discuss the manner any further or at this time due to the need to review the ledger and her responsibilities with other properties.

      ************* ***************************************************************. I have rented here for about 15 months now & on month 16 for some reason my auto pay for the 1st of October rent did not process. I noticed the amount had not came out of my account on the 3rd where I proceeded to change cards & pay the rent manually but it still did not work but I received emails stating that the transaction did not go through. So I call the front office speak with a male who informed me to call rentcafe well I call *************** tell me that its nothing on there end happening irregular. They advise to call the office back,so I did & spoke with a women this time she says bring a money order. I let her know I will not be back in town in time to bring a money order and ask could she check on the portal where I have paid by card for 15 months on time & the reason being is because I travel a lot for work. She said she will have her manager give me a call when the manager gets back in office.Needless to say no calls have came from the manager even till this day no call. So once again I have been emailing the office ever since I spoke with the lady on the phone. No response after 4-5 emails were sent, its October 9th or 10th still no response to the emails & no call backs. So I get back in town & pay the rent money order but I do not pay the late fee because this is negligence on the front office not me.November comes around still no emails, no call back but they cashed the money order. Im attempting to pay rent 10/25/23 but the late fee is still on the portal. I email the front office again to ask them can they remove the late because this was not negligent on my end it was negligent on Ticon properties portal end. They tell me no they cannot because everything looks fine on there end of the portal. I requested to speak with a manager to resolve the issue but have not received the managers email or phone number. Proof of everything was submitted but they did not care. -No customer service!

      I have lived on this property for 3 years, the first two were during the pandemic so I understood why it was hard to get in contact with someone. But the last year it has been terrible. I upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and that was honestly the worst decision. I should have left the property completely. I was wrongfully charged for damages in my previous apartment on the property and it took them 3 months to reverse the charges stating that they had a new property manager that wrongfully charged me. I thought things would get better seeing as the new property manager seemed to be more energized and wanted to help the tenants. That lasted a few months. Then it turned into her never being in the office to talk to tenants, the people at the front desk never being the same one you spoke with before so messages falling on deaf ears, maintenance requests taking forever to get fixed (even if the damages were the propertys fault), and overall the experience is not worth what we were paying. Best thing that happened to me was getting a job promotion in another city and me having to break my lease there. I paid to break my lease (one of the 3 options they gave me) I did everything right on my part. So you would think they would at least follow through on their end. But here I am 3 months later still waiting on them to send me my deposit refund that shows on my statement that I am ***********. When I call to get an update on the check the first time they said I should receive in one date that came and gone no check. Second time I was finally able to speak to the property manager who then realized they put the wrong address on the check and promised that following Monday another check would be sent out and she would call me. I never received a call and now whenever I call back she is always busy or never in the office. Then the person I spoke to said that I may have to pay them to get another check! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They only want to take your money!

      I been complaining about mold for a few months and all they said was to get a rag and soap and scrub! My three year old was sick for a whole week went to doctor and he didnt have a virus or anything. They couldnt figure out what was wrong with him! I have mold growing out my bathroom and kitchen cabinets. The assistant manager was supposed to come look at it last Friday. I showed him the videos and he said thats mold, but nobody ever came to look at it! If I was yall I would not move to any of ticon properties! The maintenance men dont do their job, and I have camera footage on one in my house for ************************** to get some soap and water and scrub the mold!

      Im ****** form Foxcahse II.If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a resident for 3.5 years. I wouldnt recommend staying at these properties. I moved here because it was affordable for my budget and woodcroft is a safe area. I still feel safe but the price is outrageous for the lackluster amenities and appliances. Also the way the office staff communicates with the residents needs to be addressed. I just had a representative from Ticon properties tell me that she couldnt take the time to verify my email and hung up on me. After not emailing my move out notice to me so I can officially start my exit process I called back the next day to ask again. Whoever was working 8.9.23 at 3:30pm and answered phone number ************ was very rude, dismissive and unprofessional. Ive never been hung up on for simply asking to verify my email address. She stated ** in a rush and Im about to walk out so I dont have time Yet you took the call. Ive been profiled and harassed by my neighbor and did everything to get help from Ticon but they sat back and did nothing. If you can afford or find better do so.

      I have lived at **** ***** for the past 7 years. The rent has gone up which is fine, I understand the cost of living is rising however my issue is when I get my monthly statement for the month of October it is one price then come November you charge me an additional $70 on top of the increase because you "forgot " to charge me for the previous month. I should have received a notice or something within the month of October, instead of you waiting an entire month. I create a budget and try to stay within that especially on items that I know are coming out such as rent. The apartment complex did not give me my lease in a timely manner in the first place however I did sign it and gave it back right away. I have never really had major problems with the staff but when I called they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about and could not provide me with an explanation of what happened. I am truly disappointed and because I expected more from them.
