A week ago I was in ********** and took my Nissan Murano to MJ Nissan for maintenance. I had the most wonderful experience at this dealership with all of the employees from ******* ***** the express service advisor who scheduled me and **** ***** who was my service advisor to the wonderful Mechanics and hands-on servicers who worked on my vehicle. The love flowed through that operation, it was evident that this dealer knows how to treat it's employees.Everybody at this Dealership was happy including the other clients having their cars worked on. Just talking to the other folk in the waiting room no one had any complaints, not about the service or the cost. People don't complain when they are kept informed, told what to expect and actually get real service. My car runs like new. I couldn't ask for any better treatment from the people at ** Nissan. I suggest that you buy your Nissans from this dealer where you will also be able to get proper maintenance. I give this Dealership 5 ++ stars. Thank You Michael Jordan Nissan. I just might drive nearly 200 miles to see you again.

******* ****** ****** *** ** **** ******** I took my 2015 Nissan van to the dealer they told me that was the timing chain and paid them $6,200 after replacing the timing chain the problem was worsts and they said the cats need to be replaced they quote for $4,200 (by then I have ordered the cat because they said before that it need to be replaced so I change them van still doing the same after talked with service manager now they said that the problem is the secondary cats and it will be $3,200 more this is a scam for me because they only guessing the diagnostic and make me spend lot of money this can is not worth it the money spent on the repairs but I trust them when the diagnostic was the timing chain even when It was lit of money to replace I moved with the repairs what can go wrong is the dealership the best “mechanic” how wrong I wasMichael Jordan Nissan

******, thank you for your feedback. I provided you with pictures and a thorough explanation of the diagnosis and services provided. I'm sorry your van is having these problems but operating the vehicle with the timing off and the catalytic converters being bad, has caused the issues you are having.
