    I contacted Jason to make a custom lens case, and spoke to him on the phone. He told me the turn around would be two weeks, so I submitted payment. He strung me along over eight weeks. When I finally gave him an ultimatum, he sent me a fed ex tracking number. Two weeks later, it never shipped. I may have followed up over 20 times (phone, text, and email). I submitted a claim with my credit card company which I can almost guarantee I will win, since I have a long email chain demonstrating his poor businesss practice.10 weeks lost. Save yourself the time and energy. Jason won't take your business seriously.

    This company is not reliable. They sell products they don't have. They take your money and after many days, 10 in my case. They don't ship. They ignore your messages. Very difficult to get a hold of them after you pay. Buyer beware. This company has very bad business practices. I wish I could put zero stars.

    I ordered some battery cases from them that on their website looked like they would fit our needs. I paid for them and they were shipped but when we received them they were not what we expected. Although they looked like a quality product they did not meet our needs. I called and explained to them what we needed and they agreed to take them back and re-work them to our satisfaction. That was in January of this year. Since then I have spoken to them twice, when I can get someone on the line or on their web chat, and was told both times that the cases would be shipping within the week. It has been almost two months since the second time they told me they were going to ship and so far I cant get anyone to call me back or respond to e-mails and voice messages. I just want to straight answer to when we can expect the cases back, we paid $4,200 and change for them and just need to know what is going on. I can't believe a company that sells their products online and through third party sellers cant be bothered to follow through on what they say. I am not sure if I can make a claim against them with **************** since the purchase was last year but I really just need to get this resolved.
