  RestorePro was hired to restore our home after a fire on June 7, 2024. The recommendation came from ********** and we went with **** feeling good that we were using a company the insurer recommended. They started out by saying there was asbestos that had to be taken care of, even though the home was checked at the time it was purchased, and no asbestos was found. After the abatement, which was done by a subcontractor, restore pro basically DISAPPEARED. NINE MONTHS after the fire and bringing **** onboard, we had moved 7 times with an 18-month old baby and our housing allowance from insurance had been exhausted, leaving us with NO HOUSING. Project managers changed twice. ****** LIED to us saying delays were about waiting on permits. When we checked with the county permit office, they said they hadn't been contacted. **** also said the **** work had not passed inspection and that they had to wait on a new inspection. When we asked the ******************************** about this, they reported no work on **** had ever been mentioned and no inspection had been done at all. Later on, when we hired someone else, we realized this was the first time the **** unit had been opened and it was 10 months after the fire. Now, 10 months later there is still no drywall, no electric and no flooring. Restore pro put a temporary electrical pole in the front yard, which sat there for 9 months without being connected to electricity. Even worse, the lack of electricity to the home over a summer and a winter and now into spring has caused more damage that will have to be fixed and any fixtures that could have been salvaged have been ruined. Within less than a week after getting rid of restore pro we managed to get it inspected and connected to *********** Nearly a year after the fire, we are now starting over with a new company, but without housing. The physical and emotional trauma to our family has been significant, including loss of their beloved dog because of temporary housing.

  We had a house fire at Christmas time. Restore Pro - ***** E was responsive and kept this rebuild moving forward with minor unforeseen hiccups. We were back home in 9 months! A outside inspector said we have a well constructed home 100%! Recommend

  The young gentlemen who came to service my home after a burst water heater in the upstairs unit was fantastic. I could not have asked for a better set of people to help correct the issues I was faced with in such an efficient and thorough manner. They stayed on top of all of the problems and completed their portion of the job thoroughly. Not too mention they were pleasant on the eyes! Great job done by the **********, ** team! Would highly recommend them to others!

  ****** at the ********* has taken 4 weeks and can not get a quote done after I had to get 2 quotes for them. State Farm should drop them as a vendor. Very unprofessional and cant manage their staff.

  HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! RestorePro Reconstruction was the worst ************** Restoration Company that was referred to us. If I could give them a 0 I would because they are a bunch of amateurs that dont know how to do the work properly and complete it on time. Its been months since weve been dealing with this company. They were to remove and replace floors, paint walls, and install a tub. We would sit around waiting and sometimes they wouldnt show up at all. We wouldnt get a phone call saying, Were running late, We cant make it, Im sorry, or Nothing at all. They would always give a bunch of lip service and false promises about when the work is to be done and completed but their main concern/focus is to try and get you to sign off on invoices that they had typed up with a different rate increase than what was originally quoted. To me the entire process even dealing with RestorePro Reconstruction was very suspicious and fraudulent, especially after we mentioned that we would be going through with our insurance company. They were supposed to paint the entire bathroom upstairs, downstairs bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. I felt like they just threw paint all over my walls! Terrible job! Restorepro Reconstruction came back out again and this time they admitted that they missed a few areas that werent painted and realized that they put the wrong paint on my walls. They had done such a sloppy job! When they had to replace the flooring in the upstairs bathroom, they disconnected the valve from my toilet and didnt connect it back, which we didnt find out until they sent some cleaners out to clean the bathroom and they made me aware that the valve was disconnected and the toilet was full of f**** where the contractors had used it and it wouldnt flush. We have become very angry, frustrated, and upset because of the work not being done properly and the way they disrespected our home. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  We thank you for you for your feedback, both positive & negative as it helps us improve.  In our business we rebuild & repair preexisting houses & buildings.  That doesn’t mean we can make homes new “again”.  In review of this file it is documented that you “cussed” in anger at our administrators even before we had started your project.  If you are going to give an “honest” review of our company, please also include your apology for ruining the day of an administrative professional.  Next, in your email you stated we “threw paint on the bathroom walls” and other various quality items.  As you are aware per your insurance company adjuster we are not paid to return your home to new, but to repair to the preexisting condition prior to your loss. Your walls had considerable preexisting damage, and I believe you had removed the toilet paper ring on your own accord, then wish for us to make all the repairs for free.  
  The traits of a good company are one that values communication & integrity.  What you called “lip service” is us managing your project within the variables of everyday construction.  If you honestly feel that the services & charges were “very suspicious & fraudulent” we urge you to contact your insurance company immediately as we work within the constraints & compliance of your insurance company daily as a preferred vendor.  We have a signed certificate of completion & payment in full at this time.   Thank you again.
