"Items that are not functional upon arrival will immediately be exchanged for a working item after discussion to try to troubleshoot.
Items that fail within the two weeks upon usage will undergo a vigorous troubleshooting session, and then items can be shipped back. If they are found to be ok, they are returned to the customer at their expense.
