      I have been waiting for my updated debit card to arrive before the due date. Called customer service twice and both times was told I should have card in less than a week. After never receiving the card in a span of 2 months, and continuing to get notices about the upcoming expiration date from creditors set up to take payments from the card, I went in the bank to attempt to resolve the issue. Sit down with a ***resentative who assured me the card was usable and for whatever reason, the updated card was never sent. The *** could not explain why I had been told the card was sent on 2 prior calls, and yet no card received. I was told it would be expedited and I should receive in a few days. I was told that I could use the current card until the last date of the expiration year which was 2025. This was not true. Turns out my card no longer worked after I left *** on that day, and I havent been able to use it since; and yes, there are funds in my account. I have been with *** for over 30 years and never had any issues. I am disheartened by the ***resentatives that I always assumed were professionals. I cant help but suspect that this is more of a fraud attempt than simply ineptitude of workers that I know have been at the bank for years. After 30 years I no longer trust this bank and I will no longer give them my service.

      Company boxes you into paying fees.I live in ********, and after being with the company since I was a child (now 30). Currently only have a credit card with the company and my checking account closed.I have received mixed answers as to why my account closed and been given bad advice to dismiss my problem. I was advised that my account would reopen after paying off my card. Didn't happen.They told me to connect my account from ***** to Rtp to pay the card off directly. Told this by multiple people, and did not work multiple times.2 years later, they are finally giving me advice, now saying that I have to open a new checking account to pay my ********************** card without any fees.Given that this is a bank, I would've thought that the issues would've been handled by people whom had the knowledge on finances. I don't recommend using this bank due to the lack of professionalism that their employees have in regards to finances. The assistance given has been without knowledge or consideration for their clients time.

      Worst company ever, employees need better training took my bank info and waited ten minutes after I was off the phone with them to try to process the payment without me being on the phone or present
