    Very professional. Totally customer service oriented. Answers question in a clear and concise manner. Is readily available to help when issues come up!Have dealt with this company for many years and could not be happier with their level of service!Very knowledgeable regarding tax questions and procedures!

    Was with PS offices for five years. Tax prep cost upwards of $3k annually. I had multiple state returns as a freelancer but also had a bookeeper, so handed all documents in an orderly fashion to PS. Still over $3k for tax prep. I confronted them once, and they gave vague answers. Even years when I had only one state returns, cost still over $3k. Not sure if they are basing on income. Good accountant besides the outrageous costs. Will never work with them again.
