    I called the number on ****** which was the owner of the company. We scheduled an appointment for 11:00am. We also texted a little after to discuss the details. Then 11:00 rolls around and I'm waiting for 8 minutes. I then text him asking if I should expect a knock. Then it's 11:30am and still no one has shown up. I text him to let him know that no one showed up. It's finally noon, so I decide to go to a car wash myself. After I wash my car, it's 12:20am, and he calls me to let me know his guy got held up and he rescheduled it to 2pm. Understandable, but since my car is already clean, I tell him to cancel it. Then he tells me there will be a few associated with the cancellation, it is in his terms and service. But I had never signed anything at all. Then I tell him that must be a mistake because not only did he miss the appointment and waste my time, but they hadn't done anything to my car at all. He said I'm sorry you feel that way but there will still be a fee. I asked him to speak to his manager, and he said he was the owner. How can someone force you to pay a fee for cancellation when you hadn't even confirmed the appointment officially. It was word of mouth, and then I received a "confirmation" text from square, which I never accepted. He ended up not charging me though, which is great. But I find it hard to believe they have a perfect 5 star on ****** reviews for service. He also seemed ready to yell at me.
