    purchased my garage from Vanguard steel structures. the installation team did a horrible job installing the garage door. numerous e mails, texts, and phone calls asking for repair have gone unanswered by the installation company **************. Reached out to Vanguard for assistance since I purchased from them, and get told to contact Elite and nothing they will do to assist in getting it taken care of. Horrible experience and do not recommend either company to anyone looking to have a metal structure installed.

    Good Morning Vanguard. last response to your reply above. 3 out of 4 messages/e mails went unanswered. When you did answer I got the response of "take it up with Elite Carports as they are responsible". My argument was that I purchased from you and was simply asking for assistance in getting my issue resolved. I did finally get my garage door fixed but only after having to threaten legal action. All in all I love my garage, but the experience was less than desirable. Thank you,
