    We hired ***** to change our garbage disposal. He did not buy the unit we asked him to buy, and instead selected another disposal so small it barely fit. He then did not know to install the rubber protective guard. He had to go back. He then left in the plug that was supposed to be removed, causing the dishwasher to back up. He clearly did not know what he was doing. Worse, he refused to call us back or go back to finish the job after he was paid. Unprofessional, unreliable.He tried to get me to send him even more money to do the gutters, but we said we would hire him after he sent a photo indicating the gutters needed cleaned. He never did.
