    Purchased water system in July 2024. The salesman told me my toilet bowl water would not have the ring in the bowl, told me my ice cubes would be clear. When ***** came out regarding these issues I was told the ice would not be clear. My husband s/w the salesman told him there was air in the line. My sink faucet pulls down and has a sprayer told me it would not have the grime any more. Regarding the toilet bowl I was told to go get chlorine tablets and put them in the tank for 30 days did not solve the problem. Someone came to the house to fix the issues I was told the water system is removing chlorine and hard water. I should buy the chlorine tablets and keep them in the tank to put chlorine back into the toilet bowl so that issue would stop. Then he told me my faucet after shutting it off would do that due to it being wet. Why should I have to put chlorine back into my toilet bowl if the water system is taking it out. I feel I was scammed by this company to purchase the water system. Have not heard from the owner or the salesperson. Again a scam!!!!
