    Called and asked about a vehicle. Yes i am Not the registered owner i clearly stated that. I said the guy is in jail so how can we take it out. And i asked about other options. The “owner” started yelling over the phone upset because had another called. “Since his calls are recorded he should play that recording to the public so they can know how he speaks to the public”. Poor ownership amd Poor customer service.

    My car was towed by this company from the scene of an accident, in which I was taken by ambulance to the hospital. My car was there for less than 24 hours, and I was charged $365.00 cash only. This business is located approximately 10 min. away from the scene of the accident, so this amount seems excessive. The biggest concern was that they only accept cash, and refused to deal with ***************************** They stated We only accept cash after the insurance agent stated that drivers do not carry that kind of cash with them. They also informed the Insurance agent that If we tow it to a service center, it will cost $605.00 cash only. Additionally; the receipt states (daily impound rate, Quantity 2, price *****, Total is *****. Again, my car was dropped off there and picked up well before 24 hours had passed. I have the police report and pick up receipt to prove this fact. This is a very unprofessional way to handle any kind of business.
