these people are horrible, not only do they charge you based on how they feel, the owner is rude and raciest. (while I had to pay a bill) I parked next door to a burger spot. they towed my vehicle to a lot 10min away and stored it for an hour.... charged ****** and lied about using extra tools (not needed for my small car) just to over charge me. I spoke with a lady at the *********** she said they charge ****** but if they don't like you they can go as far as $600.00. I tried to speak to the office and see if i can get some help with the amount (u know Single mom high grocery prices etc) not looking to get over but like i said some help an so I offered $350.00 the lady seemed like she wanted to help but *** ******* took over and was just rude & cut dry with me, would not give me his name and did all but snuff me. he then proceeded to say without letting me get a word in that if I wanted my car I would have to pay cash !! I told them I didn't have the cash and would be able to pay but it would have to be some on credit, *** ******* could care less about my issues and repeated cash only. When asked him for his name in hopes to find some common ground he cuts me off again and says you don't need my name and I could care less about yours ... WOW this guy is a piece of work (he also wanted the name of the person at the burger place who told me what they charge, which is sooo questionable!! I finally got help to cover the difference but needed an ATM which was about 3miles away, I asked if one of the drivers could take me ( guess his answer) this man is one of the worst human beings I have encountered just simply NOT a reasonable person to say the least.

To anyone reading this review and the BBB, the name and email on this review do not match up with the name of the registered owner of the vehicle we had to impounded last week. Based on the name, email, and address supplied by the BBB, we believe this reviewer is the mother of a person who was impounded, so our response will be addressed to her as she has written this review as though she is both herself and her daughter.Your daughter's ****** was impounded for parking on private property. You and your daughter told us that she went to court and left her vehicle at a restaurant of which she did not patronize. The business' small lot has 17 signs warning non-customers that ******************** is enforced and that the lot is for customers only. The rates are posted on the signs at that property and on the sign by our gate at our lot. Your daughter's ****** was put on dollies, towed, impounded, and stored until she picked up. She also needed access to the vehicle before pickup. You called repeatedly asking for a discount and were told that no discounts are offered on impounds. Finally, the call was handed off, and the man you spoke with repeated the same information you had been told. We use dash cams and body cams, take pictures of vehicles, and can record calls, so everything on our end is well documented in case of libelous reviews or statements, like this, are made. Moving forward, we encourage you and your daughter to take note of all posted signage on private property and abide by the rules posted. Impounds are expensive and completely avoidable when drivers take note of and follow parking lot signage. If visiting a public building, look for public parking. In the downtown ******* area, there are two large parking decks and a large lot all marked public (free parking) and within 1 or 2 blocks of the government buildings.

While, the person answering this has focused on the fact that the car was parked at a restaurant, & that unauthorized vehicle's have and are towed from that area, (none of which i have contested) does NOT give them the right to treat anybody this way! I will repeat, my issue was with the incoherent pricing, the rude behavior, the inability to find ****************** the lies of how the vehicle was put on a ******, and charged extra because of the equipment used, yet the undercarriage of my car had a piece of the plastic torn off ( of which I also have proof via dated pictures), this should not have happen if you really use a ******. Moving forward, I encourage you to be better to your client base, so that you don't continue to receive bad reviews. you are correct Impounds are expensive and completely avoidable but your treatment of humans beings is horrible, I would suggest an attitude adjustment, its not your restaurant or your job to teach anybody a lesson.

Wonderful fast and compassionate service! Stranded 1000 miles away from home and help, this crew made sure my kids and I were safe and taken care of!
