I was ripped off ny these guys as well. They overcharged me when I needed a garage door repaired. They are awful and should never be used. They defrauded my 82-year-old tenant who had already been through recovering from Hurricane ******.

Im shocked to report they scammed us out of $3000. They said they replaced a board in our gate but never did. They didnt deny it but refused to refund. We have to seek legal action on them. Anyone that requires money up front do not trust!

My experience with this "company" mirrors the negative complaints of others, showing a clear pattern of distrust. They operate under multiple names, including Gulliver *********** LLC and Concord Locksmith and *********** Services, yet the connection between them remains unclear as the service technician dodged all my questions. I asked for an itemized receipt detailing labor and parts costs, but received no such information. No warranty details were provided upon request either. It's a classic case of 'buyer beware' with this company's misleading, evasive, and deceptive practices. I was significantly overcharged for a torsion spring replacement; while my research indicated an average cost of $250.00 to $300.00, Gulliver *********** charged me over $1200.00 for a mere half-hour of work. My inquiries about the exorbitant costs were met with unsatisfactory and inconsistent responses, and at times, they feigned misunderstanding, despite their fluent English. Their rudeness, evasiveness, and scam-like modus operandi are alarming. Attempts to address these issues with Gulliver *********** only resulted in being repeatedly cut off during calls.

Disappointing Experience with *********************** Engaged this company for a new garage door installation. Not only did they arrive a full day late, but the quality of their workmanship was deeply concerning. The door was installed incorrectly, resulting in a visibly twisted and uneven appearance, bolts were stripped, the stability of the door is bad, and it is on the verge of falling off. They even left trash behind although the service included removal. When I asked for a refund, there was a hollow promise to refund the labor costs, but their promise turned out to be empty.
