My young daughter and I have been displaced from our home since January 7th, when the **** unit outside our house caught fire. I caught it quickly and firefighters were there within minutes and had it extinguished. Yet for some reason, there is a lack of communication on *** CAT'S part as to why it's been 2 months that we have not been allowed back in our home, especially considering there was no internal damage. They still haven't set an electrician out to confirm, but they have no problem sending irrelevant **** repair people out back to back who can do nothing to resolve the situation. I've been more than patient with them and it has completely run out. Never go through this company. They don't respect their clients in any way.

After 4 months and no quality control, our job still is not finished. The subcontractors were worse than the project manager. Stated they put in a supplental insurance claim then tried to lien our property for their mistake. Terrible.

we hired bms cat for water mitigation and flood repair due to a septic overflow, they were there that day to start the demolition, but since then it has been like pulling teeth to get any info or any work done. It has been over 3 months since they started working and i am still in the middle of reconstruction. BMS Cat charged a ridiculous amount and is showing no priority in finishing our bathrooms in a timely manner, the whole process has been ridiculous from the project managers to the higher *** that just keep assuring me that this is normal and that internal miscommunications are to blame for their long lead times, even though i am hearing from others who work there that they aren't that busy to be taking this long. Save yourself the time and headache and hire another company.

Our insurance company recommended BMS CAT for water damage since I was ****** concerned about the unseen underneath our flooring. They were prompt to come out to assess the damage and provide a quote that was ridiculously overcharged. The communication was inconsistent on there end when it came to scheduling. They were very inconsiderate at times. For instance calling last minute to say there is someone that is available on demand that can be present at our home in hopes that we can stop what we are doing and have someone present at the resident. It didnt always work out because we are working individuals as well. There was a time that an appointment was scheduled and I took time off from work without compensation for the contractor not to show without a heads up. The project manager just gave me the excuse that the contractor called out sick. There was a time that a contractor shows up at our residence and does not knock or ring the door bell, nor call or text to let us know they have arrived. Then leaves assuming no one is home because there were no cars outside but clearly makes no sense because we park our cars in the garage. We were the ones always following up and trying to keep the ball rolling. It took almost 5 months to complete this project and it could have been completed in 1 month or less. There was at least 5-7 different contractors that were assigned to this project which means that was 5-7 strangers entering into our home. Our opinion is that they should hire contractors that are well rounded and can do multiple things. We were also asked to sign contracts and estimates that were not accurate. I could go on and on but Im exhausted and over this project. On a positive note the completed project does look good but the process was a nightmare!

Company came to complete a simple mitigation and floor replacement for only 200 sq. ft. They ended up removing my weather stripping to the exterior door and created a new leak. There answer was it is not on them and want to create a new insurance claim. Company does not look out for the clients in any way shape or form. They come out to "take a look" and than you have to follow up weeks later when you haven't heard a thing.

Hired BMS CAT for flood damage in my basement. They were quick to come out to assess the damage but dragged their feet moving forward. The communication from the demo project manager was terrible. I had to call him several times to see what was going on. They dragged out the demo and dry portion for over a week. They never covered my furniture so it was all covered with sheet rock dust. The manager got his demo check and I never heard from him again. All of a sudden I get a call from another guy saying hes assigning a project manager for the construction side. The construction side manager calls me the next day and sets a time to come look at everything. Same thing, quick to come assess the damage but dragged their feet afterward. Communication was the same with him too. I was constantly calling to see what the plan was and estimated schedule for repairs. It was never communicated to me. So, I called his boss and spoke with him. His boss promised me they would communicate better and he would call him immediately and get a schedule planned and have him get back to me. Never heard from either of them until I got a text later in the evening saying their plumber cant get out to my house for another week. I texted back saying I was firing them for their lack of communication and not showing concern for the slow movement. Its been 3 weeks since I called them and now I have a torn up basement, half carpet missing, Sheetrock missing and an entire bathroom demolished. The last thing the project manager texted me was a long text saying it wasnt his fault for the miscommunication and that I would regret this. Not sure if that was a threat or not. Do yourself a favor and call a different company.
