I contacted ******, the owner of Concord Auto Service regarding replacing my engine in my 2019 infiniti QX 50. The car was delivered to Concord Auto Service on November 9, 2023. I provided an engine per their request. I spoke with ****, the manager, several times in regard to funds needed for engine change and other repairs. After the engine was installed, I was informed that the car needed to go to the Dealership for the computers to be reset. This was not the case. The issues were caused by the improper engine installation. The car had no power steering, and no assist on the brakes. Several warning lights and check engine lights were on. Front and side view cameras no longer worked. Cameras needed to be realigned after engine installation. Dealership said that it was not a reset problem. The lights wer due to improper engine installation. I had to pay the dealership fees for their services myself which turned out to be related to improper engine installation. I reached out to **** and discussed what was needed to repair the issues. He told me he would not pay to have the problems repaired. He told me to pay to have them repaired. After seveal days of driving the vehicle, the transmission no longer takes gear. When I tried calling **** for the second time to discuss all these issues, he hung up the phone on me and now will not answer any of my calls.

The first 2 sentences of this review are true. Mrs. *********** a chunk of her engine break off and go through her turbo charger and exhaust. ******************** even went as far as to have her personal mechanic from church come and verify the problems. She begged to provide her own engine to save on money which is against out company policy. Reluctantly we let her provide her own engine. The first engine she brought us was defective, her vehicle continued to tie up a lift provent other work from being done while we waited for her to source another engine. Once we finally got a working engine the junk yard it came from had damaged so much of the wiring harness and miscelanous parts we had to swap them from the original engine, which was not part of our original quote and we did for free due to ********************* money situation. After the engine was installed it did need to go to a ****** or infinity dealer to have the electronic suspension and crash avoidance system recalibrated. This was due to the battery being dead for so long not installing the engine. She had the vehicle towed from out shop in a running condition with a new engine installed. Every step was explaind to her and documented on her recipt. Her personal mechanic drove the car back over to us once they got it back from the dealer and said she wanted the front camera looked at as well as a check engine light and a abs light. Her personal mechanic was confused why he was bring the car back and even went as far as to say we already explaind the colision system needed to be done at the dealer. The check engine light was not on all readiness monitors were set which means it had been driven long enough to be ready for emissions inspection with no failures, There was no abs light on but an air bag light ( this could have been a miscomunication at the front desk), and the front camera aiming was incomplete Code C1B01 this is part of theintelligent ***** control/advanced driver assistance system we told ******************** had to be recalibrated at the dealership we just simply dont have the computers to perform this step. The electronic aming of a camera cannot be caused by installing and engine. or a turbo charger. or a catalyic converter. nor can a air bag light which was on for an occupant detection system sensor code B00A0.When we explained to ********************* we were hired to replace her engine and she had a running and driving car. We did not cause her air bag occupant detection sensor to fail. We do not have the computer to recalibrate her camera. She immedatly said she was going to *** us and we would be hearing from her atturney and hung up.
