An error when ordering caused part of the shed to be the wrong color. This was noticed when it was delivered. They fixed it on the spot, even when he had to leave my residence to get the correct paint and return. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend.Sheds by Design

My husband researched shed companies extensively before we selected Sheds by Design, hereinafter, "SBD." They have a prompt and professional staff. ******** assisted us with every question, big and small. SBD responded promptly to text messages and provided us with options until we were satisfied with the final aesthetic. SBD staff (********) reviewed our invoice line by line to satisfy my methodical husband. We did not feel rushed. SBD provided photos during the build process. The shed is magnificent! She is a beauty! The craftsmanship is superior! Many neighbors have visited and complimented SBD on, quality, durability and style. We experienced one minor bump along the way. SBD swiftly corrected the issue. Thereafter, SBD followed up with a courtesy text message. We love to support family businesses. We were not paid to write this. I do not post reviews unless the circumstance produces a positive and professional outcome. Trust me, Sheds by Design earned five stars and more. Do not hesitate to do business with this premiere company. When I build my, "She Shed," I will be contacting SBD without hesitation! Well done and thank you.Sheds by Design
