    I booked a king hotel room which I had booked through a third party. I got there yesterday morning, the guy working knew I had a dog as he already had me pay the pet fee, and the deposit as well. He proceeded to put me in the room I had booked online. He gave me the go ahead to bring my belongings into the room, waits, then comes back to the room he put me in and proceeds to tell me to take my stuff out and puts me in a two queen bed room, stating now that the room he previously put me in wasn’t a “pet acceptable room” and people have “allergies”. After being in the two bed queen room, things were good for 1-2 hours, he then knocks on the door and tells me that I’ll have to pay extra for that room because it costs more. He told me it’s my fault that I booked the wrong room and that I should have known it wasn’t a pet room, AFTER HE PUT ME IN IT!!! Arguing with me that it said online which rooms were pet rooms, WHICH IN FACT DID NOT!!! I’m ticked! I feel like I’m being scammed, I have NEVER had this issue with a hotel before, and WILL NOT return!!!
