I have used this kennel about 4 times since moving here and thought it was extremely overpriced but was the only available and most convenient location in a crunch or emergency. We boarded our two dogs over 4th of July week. They were able to squeeze us in, both dogs being kenneled together which you would think would be discounted but was still $75 per day. When I picked them up, the majority of their food was still in the bags provided, and both came home lethargic and with diarrhea. Not to mention, I had been given a credit from being overcharged for boarding the time before, which they were unable to "find in the system". After paying the over $500 in fees for 6 days, the girl brought me my dogs covered in feces, wet and muddy. You'd think a courtesy spray off after spending that much would have been nice. But, my money was taken already so I guess they didn't care. When **** the owner finally called me back to discuss the issue, she could have basically called me a liar, stating that "it was not true" about them being covered in mud and p*** and claiming they ate while they were there, though the girl taking care of them that I spoke to the day before even told me they didn't want to eat. Given they came home with 80% of their food which was portioned for the exact amount they would need, I would believe the girl who told me the truth. My concern was that I had no phone call to rectify the eating issue, and nothing was given to entice them to eat as they say they would do. At this point, they rank with Lucky Paws as far as care of your pets. I would not recommend if you love your pets to ever bring them to a place like this.** I'm sure this will be claimed as a lie as the other reviews I am seeing everywhere are. But the common denominator is all the same. Don't find out for yourself.
