    Called needing work and let each member that I spoke with that I needed to use my home warranty reimbursement option which details "Your technician MUST submit a complete diagnosis online" and that was not followed. They proceeded to try and raise the invoice amount by $300 based on the fact that they had to submit diagnosis information online. ******* emailing with me stated that I needed to learn the process of my warranty company and I needed to call my warranty company for the claim.Very rude and unprofessional.

    As we have stated in all three of the negative reviews that you have left us.******, we're sorry you had a negative experience with us. However, we stated upfront that we do not work with your particular home warranty company. Additionally, we let you know that we do not submit information for reimbursement and that the homeowner must submit that information themselves. You stated you needed someone that same day and agreed to have us come out to perform the work. Unfortunately, our service professional did charge you the wrong amount, for which we have sent you an updated invoice. We apologize for that inconvenience. After your insistence that we submit your information to your home warranty company, which we do not work with, and against our own policy, we went ahead and submitted the information, which was denied.
