  The experience was top notch. I got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and I was by myself. A little nervous but the dispatcher was professional and kept me calm and the gentleman who changed my tire was an ***** to me. Stellar service AAA

  I had a flat tire today and phoned AAA I was told it would be 20 minutes, then received a text saying the tow truck was 16 minutes away, etc spoke with so many people and learned it would be another 2 hrs. After waiting in a sketchy place alone over 4 1/2 hrs, and AAA NEVER showed up!!, a nice gentleman helped me. I am so thankful to him. *** never did anything. Id probably still be waiting if that man had not helped me. Im so disappointed in ***

  A MEMBER 29 YEARS . *** USED MY MEMBERSHIP 4 TIMES. . bUT TRYING TO GET ASISSTANCE WHEN NEEDED IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. A FEW DAYS AGOI GOT LOCKED OUT OF MY CAR. FOR 30 MINUTES ON ANY NUMBER DAILED ONE OF TWO THINGS THAT **** ME OFF. THE MAIN ROADSIDE ASSITANCE NUMBER AS FOLLOWS. YOUVE REACHED A NUMBER THAT IS NOT SERVICE IN YOUR AREA. RECORDING.THE OTHER ON ANY LINE A RECORDING TRYING TO SELL OR GIVE FREE THIS HOME ACCIDENT RESPONER. OVER AND OVER. THE ***** OF THIS STORE IS. WHERE DID YOU GO YOU DIDNT HELP ME I PAY IF SERVICE IS NEEDED ILL REFUSE SERVICE WITH AAA. AND CALL SOMEONE THAT CAN ASSIST ME IN TIME OF NEED. AAA YOU NEED A OVER HAUL HAVE I GOT YOUR ATTENTION.   I am filing a complaint I signed up for ************ membership it states the service can be used right away but it does not advertise there is a $60 additional same day service fee if its a new membership. I could just pay a towing service. False advertisement. Needless to say I cancelled my membership immediately.

  Fraud and a scam. I pay an annual fee of about $270 USD for the ** level insurance. My car broke down. I contacted the dealership and made an appointment, then called AAA to get my car taken to the shop. Day one: I was told that a truck would be dispatched, so I took the day off from work and stayed home waiting. It never happened. Day two: I call them back to find out why they never showed up and they say, "we tried to call you but didn't get an answer, do you still want the tow?" There is no evidence of a missed call on my phone. I told them to get the truck here and get my vehicle to the shop. Another day off work, and another day they didn't show up. Day three: No truck. I call a local shop and get a $450 USD quote to get it to the shop this morning. I call AAA Carolinas and get transferred to a Montana office then a Texas office and finally a Florida office. Now every time I call I have to reexplain the entire situation and supply my member number/phone/name/address/phone number/current situation then they give me an excuse. I ask for a supervisor, I am on hold for 7 minutes. The supervisor eventually gets on the phone - I have to reexplain the entire situation and supply my member number/phone/name/address/phone number/current situation then they give me the excuse that they are real busy. I get the "supervisors" name employee ID and ask for location of the office she is working in. She gives me the runaround and says the office is in ******** or *********. I say then why is this a Florida number? Then I tell her that I can get a truck for $450 USD to transport my car this morning and who do I sent the bill to for reimbursement as well as refunding my $270 USD membership fee since I have to do the job myself. She says they will only reimburse part of that towing fee to me as decided by their refund department. I said transfer me to them, she said she didn't have their number and was there anything else she could "help" me with.

  2/21/25 - I contacted *** to have someone let me into my car (locked out) and to replace a key. I was sick, it was 36 degrees outside, and we were in long term parking at the airport for over two hours, but *** had not yet ASSIGNED anyone to come out to help us. I called a technician to let me in and provide me with a replacement key. They reported, got me into my vehicle and provided me with a replacement key. As he was leaving, *** notified me that my case had finally been ASSIGNED to someone. *** has indicated they would not cover any additional costs associated with me calling in my own technician to have this repaired. I'm certain they will not cover my doctors bill either from standing in the cold for hours. There are a lot of companies that perform these services. I have been with AAA for 10+ years, but I will definitely be looking elsewhere. On the plus side, I received 9 apologies each time I inquired on the status of my claim.

  AAA Carolinas is AWFUL. Do not use this company if you can at all avoid it. I have been trying to get my car towed for 4 days now. I keep getting texts saying someone will be there by "X" ******** and then no one shows. I have talked to at least ***** different people at AAA, and NONE of them knew the situation from my previous conversations with the others. I keep getting told that they are going to call me right back after they find out what the delay is, and then I don't hear back from that person. Instead, I get a call back from someone new asking if I still need the service. Then, 4 days after the initial call, they let me know that it is going to cost me $200 to tow the vehicle. It was the first time anyone had bothered mentioning that! AAA Carolinas appaerently has NO idea what it is doing and can not get out of their own way. This is also the third time in the past few years that we have needed the service, and had to wait literally days before someone could help us. I have asked for a refund on my membership and was told they would do that. Hopefully, the don't s**** that up as well... Do not use this "service".
