Youre very disrespectful, predatory towing practice, you clearly picked out a car yesterday and towed because the owner looked like he had money, that wasnt right at all, I watched you do it with my own eyes.Review fromTiffany B

I had to come pick my car up and there was a storm. The guy didn't care and expected me to get there in a storm at the appointment time or suffer having to pay extra. After burping in my face on the phone. And refusing to let me speak to the owner. He will never be blessed.Review fromJade P

Terrible unprofessional company. Unprofessional communication, the staff park my vehicle in a large body of water. I will be seeking legal actions for the damage done. The man who answered the phone was so rude. They overcharge me lied about pricing and still had me wait to get my vehicle. The woman who had to open the gate was extremely unprofessional not well. shw was not groomed well and was disgusting had a nasty attitude as I left the location. Im surprised this place is still in business, because alone from the way, they speak on the phone, not communicating with their staff who is coming to the location having my vehicle parked in water, and also adding on additional fees because they felt like it. The man changed his text message and I can show that it was edit it because he wanted to lie about the price. They stole money from a hard-working person because they barely work. They also did not provide me with any proof that my vehicle should have been towed or I was double parked . The man had an ignorant answer in response for any question that I had. He could not answer all of my questions close the location when I called when I asked when I could pick up my vehicle, and then sent a woman who knew nothing about the pricing or anything that I had to do Because they did not communicate The woman who opened the gate was very ignorant, rolled her eyes. Had a very unprofessional look and smell, terrible not classy. This is a horrendous experience. These people are predatory and stealing money from hard-working people they were unprofessional, took one picture of my vehicle, parked from one angle and decided to tow it, and then park my car in a large body of water, so my attorney will be contacting them about the damage is done.Review fromMichael P

My car had a flat tire and many cars passed by without stopping. The tow truck driver stopped to check on me. I told him I had a flat and a lug nut was stripped. He backed his truck up jacked my car up and helped get the tire off. Then proceeded to put the new tire on for me. He didnt have to stop much less fix my problem. He did all this out of the kindness of his heart. There are good people still in this world and this was one of them. A true blessing. Thank you.Review fromBryan P

If I could use a zero I would, this company picked up my car as it clearly displayed my disabled placard LODGED in the bottom corner of the passenger side windshield. I was parked in a handicap parking space. He never got out to see it is was clearly displayed he just glanced at the mirror didnt see the sticker and picked it up. ****** my husband was leaving and seen his unprofessional self with my car in the process of being told. He let my car down with tension and a fuss and advised me to put it on the mirror. No sir so it can fall off and you try to pick it up? The manager J is a disgrace I wonder who raised him he is unprofessional, dismissive, belittling, and has loud kids in the background as he conducts is shameful business. I dont see how they are still around, once the illegal activities surface they will be gone sooner or later.Review fromFranaja P

My car was parked within proper guidelines of my complex, however, my parking pass that is normally always displayed on my inside driver window had fallen off and gave reason for them to tow my car. I called and asked while on the seen for the guy to check the car, because my sticker is always on my car and he advised that if it is not visible then it will be towed. Once I received my car my sticker was surely laid flat on my drivers side mat. I know when I am in the wrong and will gladly admit, however, I can not control my sticker falling off. The guy was not understanding at all, very dismissive, and unprofessional. Unprofessional in terms of me arriving and him having his child on the seen along with a firearm attached to his hip. I weigh at 135lbs and had only brought my sister who weighs at 115lbs, clearly showing no threat. In that moment he should have excused his self and put his firearm inside of his office. I am not one to pick fights or go against rules, but when it comes to my rights I will always protect them. This company is contracted with my leasing apartment and after this situation I feel very uncomfortable with continuing to support someone who clearly has no respect for others and is just money hungry.Review fromMisty P.

My daughters car was towed. When I contacted the parking company who is contracted with the apt complex, they stated they did not have a record of the vehicle being reported & suggested I contact the **** as they should have a record of any vehicle being towed. He then transferred me to the towing company they contract out to because they normally just handle wheel locks. When I was being transferred to Warrior, my daughters friend was on the phone with them. They were told they needed an appt to come pick up the car and the fee would be $385. If they wanted to go at that moment, it would be $435 because it was outside their normal business hours. Their normal business hours posted online simply state: Open 24 Hours. When I got on the phone with the rep, I asked about the fee. He told me it would be $385 because its outside their normal business hours. When I told him that didnt seem right to me because their hours listed online say they are open 24 hours. He told me everybody already went home. So I asked him, how is that my problem that everyone decided to leave at the same time and somehow thats supposed to cost me more?, to which he replied, how is it MY problem your kid parked illegally?. I told him that my kid is responsible for paying the appropriate fee but I needed to know what that actually is and that it seemed neither of us could get a straight answer. Then he proceeded to tell me that the fee was $385 if they pay with a debit card or $350 if they pay cash. I questioned his explanation because just before he said the difference in fees was because someone had to drive back over to let my kid get her car. Then he denied saying that. I asked him if the call was being recorded because he might need to go back and check it.Once my daughter got to the address, she was told she had to pay in cash because she was not a registered owner of the car. There is so much more. Bottom line: These folks should be investigated. Predatory at best.Review fromKevin F

Shady towing company. My vehicle was about to be towed and when I asked where the signs were he said at the entrances of the shopping center. Then when it got to cost it was $250 to drop my vehicle and another $15 for using a credit card. What company charges $15 to use a credit card. To add to the matter for $25 more I could of gone to the lot to get my vehicle. Its very clear I was taken advantage of in this situation by two crooks who had a beat up truck with no advertising let alone a state license plate
