I am very appreciative for the quality of work they did and also the initiative you took to address and repair the area over the front entrance. This area was not part of the original repair however, they discovered it and took the initiative to repair it. Thank you so much.

As a first time homeowner- the thought of replacing the roof was daunting to say the least. Til now, I had managed with 3 costly patch repairs for 3 consecutive years that were recommended by my insurance agency's approved roofer. I had enough of that. In March ********* was working in our neighborhood and noticed the patchwork and approached me about the state of my roof. It wasn't until September that I decided to make the leap. ********* worked with me to navigate filing a claim to have my roof covered by my homeowners insurance. By October the roof was installed! Iron Sharp Precision Contracting was awarded the contract for my main house and the stand alone garage. I was never impeded from the access to either my vehicles or home. I was pleasantly surprised! I have been involved with $Millions of City of Charlotte contracts. I was expecting the usual shortcomings that are inherent in the building process. Demolition, then clean up, new materials, layout and construct. Then the clean up and repair.Didnt have any repairs. the crews were safe at each step. The tarps and loading dumps were well placed and not seen at the end of the day. Iron Sharp Precision Contracting recently replaced my 17-year old roof. The guidance ***** provided from beginning to end was flawless and much appreciated. From the initial inspection, filing the insurance claim, being available for any questions and scheduling, all the way to the roof install and completion of the project was extremely smooth. I cannot say enough positive things about Iron Sharp Precision Contracting. From start to finish, they made the entire process easy, and actually enjoyable. I had been avoiding a roof replacement because I didn't have the time or energy to deal with the insurance company and all of the different phases of the process. Iron Sharp took care of all of that and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. In all of the recent home projects that we have completed in the past few years, there hasn't been a more professional team I've dealt with. Even the actual roofing team arrived daily by 730 am, quietly waited in the driveway until a reasonable time to begin work, communicated with us if anything was needed around the property, and left the yard in even better condition than they found it. Fingers crossed I won't have any roofing needs anytime soon, but should we move and ever have to deal with a roof again, Iron Sharp would be my first call. ******** and the Iron Sharp Precision Contracting team showed professionalism throughout the entire process. ******** made sure to keep lines of communication open with us and was always available when we had questions. The work crew arrived promptly at 7 am and stayed until the work was completed. They made sure to check all the surrounding areas for nails which we greatly appreciated for the safety of our dog. He walked us through every step, handled the insurance paperwork maze, met twice with the ****** inspector and checked on the crew.
