    As landlords ourselves, my husband and I are disgusted with this company after only two weeks of renting a home through them. Pictures posted on Zillow for the rental were clearly from years ago. They even posted a photo of a children's water play area that is not what is found here in this neighborhood (aka false advertising). We walked into a home that was not upkept. Bushes overgrown, walls in not great condition (no fresh paint), drawers and cabinets broken, toilet seats broken, door k**** broken, a garage that was filthy, a flooring job that was 3/4 done. Just disgusting when we break our backs to get our home ready for our renters. We also walked into the home with no AC on the first floor. That was thankfully addressed however there's a leak that they "can't find". One week later, the upstairs AC is broken. FIVE day so far, no AC and no rush from them to fix it. It's ********* and the upstairs is now reaching over 90 degrees with four children supposed to be sleeping up there. These people are ridiculous. 100% do not recommend.

    The communication with their employees is disappointing and unprofessional. When you finally get in contact with someone, they always postpone the next step until the next day. It has never taken me 1.5 weeks to sign a lease. When asked what the move-in fees would be for the property no one (I spoke with a few employees) could provide me with an answer. They informed me that I would receive an itemized total of move-in fees AFTER signing a lease. There was a risk mitigation fee, a pre-move-out cleaning fee, and several other nonrefundable fees that equal the amount of the first month's rent. All of the additional fees cover the same situations as a security deposit would. The entire process has been extremely stressful, and I wish I never started this process with TouchPoint Property Management.

    I am a home owner, interested in using a property management company to rent my home in *********. 5 minutes into my phone appointment their agent wants to sign me up. While I explain that I am conducting a search for the best fit, she rudely interrupts me to say they do not serve ******. As ****** is on their website as part of their area, I can only deduce that she was angry that I was exploring companies. The owner never called me back, as well.I really have never been treated so rudely. Im very glad to find out how they treat their property owners, to avoid later disappointment.

    Thank you touch point property mgt. My A/C unit went out and yall sent someone out to fix it as quickly as possible. The guy fixed it an was very affordable. With the sun as hot as it gets during the afternoon an with children living in the house . By time the kids came back from playing outside. The A/C man was here an got it fixed. You guys are the best ever. Thanks so much. From my family to yours. We appreciate your hard work. Thanks so very much!!!

    TouchPoint does not honor what their website states. They do not honor what their lease states. They do not honor what their staff tells customers. I feel like this is one big scam and I hope this review stops them for doing this to anyone else. It's so sad. I love my home in renting. I can only hope that the owner of the property learns of TouchPoint's misconduct and rudeness, and decides to go with another company. I would rent as long as I could if that were the case. Sadly, I'm uneasy about this whole thing.

    This company has been managing my sons home in **. They have charged him various large fees with no explanations. No returned phone calls without pressing or calling numerous times. The owner does not call you back even if you request to only speak with her or her husband. The company did not know there was a squatter in the home who broke the window and door. My son was promised it would be repaired by Touchpoint. This has not been done. Very poorly run company.

    An absolutely horrible experience with TouchPoint!!! They have lack in communication and dont do their business ethically. There has been an ongoing issue with them as they want to charge us an extra $100.00 a month yet there are only 3 that reside at this 3 bedroom residence. They also charged us twice the rent which didnt show up on TouchPoints account but it showed up on our bank account. They are fixing that issue but this company has no morals. I am surprised this is even considered a business. What an absolute disorganized mess!
