"Pos nation advertised running scandata cigarettes promotion and charged me $50 a month , only to find out their software is Incompatible with the loyalty promotion they advertise and costs Had a csm set up the promotion himself, telling me everything looks good to go 6 months later they're telling me our system was never compatible, won't take responsibility, won't reimburse me for the money they lost me and won't even take their pos back Not to mention constant technical software and hardware issues Worst experience ever"
