    These leashes are hot garbage. Run through 2 in 2 months

    We are in contact with *********************** and offered help through our warranty process. The customer claims that he is not in the possession of our product anymore and it should be understandable that we are unable to assist without seeing the failing product in person. The only proof the customer provided was a picture of a small part of the leash that shows that the product was misused. We still offered assistance but as said, the customer is not in the possession of the entire product any longer. In previous communication the customer admitted that his dog destroyed the leash. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse or abuse and this is stated in the pamphlet that comes with every leash.
