The worst company ever they never answer the phone. They take money out of your bank account anytime they feel like it they can give you no reason as to why they take money out of your account they never able to answer your questions so they put you through to different representatives it is a big headache and if you like headaches, yeah go with this company but if you dont like headaches, do not go with this company is crazy. .

Ive been using chord pay since I opened up four years ago. Started with one unit now I have five and a handheld. Its streamlined my business two fold very good product. Wouldnt replace it with anything very happy.ChordPay

The fee charges are extremely expensive. It shouldnt be that expensive. Do they answer at least to me, they dont answer. I rather switch to another company that answers me and tells me why its so expensive. I bought my own equipment they didnt give it to me. And theyre still expensive why?
