    Impossible to talk to a live person who isn't working from home on a land line. Simple things can't be done. Phone agents have no clue about products or services provided. Seems like an absentee owner operation who has walled off contact with principals. And we're previous customers! A new low in customer service and support in my book.

    This company is not good at communicating and fails when meeting expectations. Last fall, we asked them to install and EZBreeze system on our deck, which our deck installers had already measured 2 inches on the outside of our rails for ease of installation, as well as asked them to replace our outside single open French door with a sliding screen door in that space. We waited months for the custom system to be ordered and come in, and then the installers cut chunks out of our railing for the window panels without it alerting us. They also didnt know about the installation of the sliding door. So we asked for both of these things to be fixed and scheduled for the sliding door installation. They also said they would touch up paint in the areas they missed. When they guy came to install the door, he took one look and said he had the wrong size door on his truck and they would have to come back out. Fine. So they came back out, and comped our door install. Well, turns out they didnt know about replacing the door and only planned on installing a single slide screen in front of our existing door. We are so over this business and the months we have invested as well as the money, for this awful job and lack of communication on their part. Now we have to pay more money for another company to come out and door what weve wanted this entire time.
