    BEWARE!! Do not use ********** Not new to the ********* area. Nightmare, Horrendous Experience, irreparable damages. ********* vanished a few years ago. Do not ever review any company when requested, prior to completion a job.

    This company is the worst. Although I scheduled my move over a month in advance, they changed the time of my move from 8am to 12pm the day before, however, the movers didn't arrive until 2pm. They were not in a company truck and uniform, instead, they had on regular clothes and were in a Budget rental truck. I should have known then something wasn't right. They complained they were tired and hungry after driving the ** for a move earlier that day. I don't even believe these young men worked for the company. I believe they found some guys to help out because they were over booked. Since I was moving across town, by the time they finished loading the truck it was 5pm and we were stuck in traffic for over an hour. After they finished unpacking, I realized they had left my area rug on the ground at my old apt and when I drove back over they to look for it, someone had thrown it in the large trash bin. Also, they broke my bedroom dresser and a nightstand. All I received was $100 compensation for my damaged bedroom furniture and missing rug. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had and I cried for a week after what they did. They are awful!

    FRAUD-These reviews are fake. Committed insurance fraud by providing fake info, purposely doubled his time, caused thousands in damages, and ghosted. Claims to be licensed, bonded and insured and is none of those. Estimated 4-5 hours for my move. Was over 3 hours late and kept lying about how far away they were. Showed up in a rented Uhaul with two very young man, one who refused to work. Took their sweet time, dragging the move out to 11 hours and charging me more than double the quote. Very careless with items causing THOUSANDS of dollars in damage to my property. Kept assuring me he was insured and provided me with a link to his "insurance" to file a claim. Turns out it was fake. ***************** said he has never had a policy. Has refused to return any contacts since. Left everything in shambles. Disassembled most of my items without asking and never reassembled most of them. Left appliances disconnected after claiming they had reconnected everything nearly causing a flood and a fire with the washer and dryer since we though they were hooked up. Complete scam artist. This guy lies about everything, will take your money, break your property and ghost you after giving you fake insurance information. Having to *** him to recover my damages. Stay far away from this con and fake company.

    Please think twice before you contact this company. Thousands and thousands of dollars worth of furniture and other household goods were destroyed. It was heartbreaking. (Their positive reviews must have been 'fake submissions' from family and friends.)
