I walk out of Peak Resources of ********* because of bad behavior from the administrator, unfairness and making rule as they occur and a *** that forget everything.Lovely resident that should be treated better than what they are getting. The head department worries about their pockets and bonus. In my opinion there is more negativity than positive outcomes because they value bad behavior. I am a true believer in order for the tail to work the head needs to change at 100%. People dont leave great business they leave horrible Administration, ***, and the worst of the worst of some of their LPN. Peak Resources of ********* should be doing better after being on the news. I pray to GOD to watch over their residents at all time.

I was terminated from Peak Plans after 2 weeks of training because I was not meeting performance requirements.Peak Plans has only been in business for one year. How can anyone meet the requirements when you have ZERO carriers for the 2 1/2 days on the phones.I also notified them multiple times about the low grade performance of the laptop and that it was NOT working properly. My system froze repeatedly. The research states..."If you only need a laptop or desktop PC for the simplest of computing at home, at an affordable price, then a Core i3 is probably the best ***** processor for you. A Core i3 comfortably handles like programs like word processors and browser-based tasks like checking emails and streaming Netflix"Being on the phone with zero states is derelict. They also said I didn't pick up on the applications fast enough?I have tested software, on a previous positions for 5 years. The applications are not difficult, I just needed some carriers to do an end to end enrollment. The manager guaranteed us that the leads would be much better then we experienced with other FMOs.He specifically stated there would be little to no callers asking for just a food card.90% of the callers asked for Free dental and the food card. Of course they hung up before you could try rebuttals.
