  Our nice was perfect. The truck showed up on time. Everything was handled with care and we had ZERO breakage. The movers were careful and respectful. It was within the price we were quoted. They did a great job!

  Love, love this company! We have used them to move locally, from a different state, and moved several pieces to various locations. Everyone from the person that sets up the appointment to the movers is amazing. They are so courteous and professional!

  The guys did a great job moving my 5 bedroom house despite the steep driveway and having to park in the road. They took care in handling furniture, wrapping with moving blankets. They worked as a team and hustled all day.

  You Move Me were accommodating and genuine. From the first contact and the actually move I found the experience to be at a high level. I would use this service again and recommend You Move Me for any others who have an upcoming move.

  This was a horrible experience and we will never recommend them to anyone nor will we be using their service again. Me and my husband only have a 2 bedroom apartment which one of them wasnt use as a bedroom. The only big furniture I had was a sofa, entertainment center, table and chairs, and bed. They was late coming and one of the workers walked off in the middle of moving us.. they took 9:30 am to 6:15pm. My husband had to help move the things in to help out but theyre trying to charge us a lil over $1500. They damaged all my furniture and dump all my fine dish ware and appliances in a box as if they just didnt care. If nothing works out, I will have to take them to court. I have pictures and videos of what their men did to all my things, especially my champagne glasses that was a wedding gift and my coffee table that was a wedding gift as well. Im very detailed oriented and I keep tabs on everything that any movers do.

  Hi there, we really appreciate you making the time to write this review and apologize that you did not have a great experience. Unfortunately as we've explained previously, we cannot begin to make this right until you pay your bill. Please understand that as a small business, you are causing major financial difficulties for ** and our employees. Moving in ** is a regulated business and the regulations are very clear, you must pay your bill before we can begin to repair or address any damages (See Rule 52 in the ************** ******************** Maximum Rate Tariff). We have now sent 4 unanswered emails over the last 2 weeks. We have no choice, but to file a suit in small claims court against you. If you change your mind and would like to settle prior to our court date please reply back to our email. Thanks again, your review will help us work towards improving our overall customer experience and offering.

  I am so happy with everyone I was in contact with at You Move Me! ****** McDowell was so kind and professional. His service was outstanding. He was so kind to follow up with me every step of the way with my move. I had ****, *****, and ******* as my crew that moved me. They were awesome; they were hard working, kind, communicative, and took great care with my furniture and belongings. I will definitely be using them in the future when I have to move again and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

  I am so glad that we used You Move Me for our move. From the reminders to the very professional team that moved us, You Move Me exceeded my expectations. They were quick and efficient. They provided enough information for me to be prepared for them when they arrived and had us in ************* within hours. Although it was a small move, it was a stressful time. The one thing we didn't have to worry about was the actual move. Our furniture and belongings were well taken care of.

  Communication with scheduling and estimate was excellent. Arrived on time and carefully wrapped all furniture. The team was very accommodating, making sure they had every item in place exactly as we wanted. This was our second move using this company and we were very pleased with the service provided.
