      My wife and I went here about 6 months ago. The take 5 team ripped apart our intakes, ripped my oil hose, as well as drained the wrong fluid out of our car. The TRANSMISSION FLUID! Transmission is now gone and several other factors of the vehicle I have called corporate, the location wont give me their district manager or owner information. This left my wife and 4 kids stranded on the side of the highway. Worst place ever. They could at least reimburse for the repair or the months I was stuck paying for a rental car!

      *********, ** I went to Take 5 on *********** across the street from Food Lion I simply went for an oil change, I bought my own filter and oil, nothing was wrong with my car before hand. After they say my car is done i pull off right to the light and my car shuts off, obviously something was done incorrectly for this to happen, ive been to another Take 5 on Mallard Creek multiple times and nothing like this has ever happened. Trying to figure out what the h*** they did to my car the supervisor is literally in the middle of the road at the light fixing my car saying my oil had a leak ( it did not ) and my check engine light was on ( it was not ) and all the gaslighting and lying come to find out they drained my oil and never replaced it with new oil burning my engine resulting into me having to get a whole new engine for the mistake they made. None of their techs no supervisors working on my car would take accountability for the damaged they caused from a simple oil change 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND dont waste your time.

      I took my car there for an inspection and they told me I needed windshield wipers. I was so surprised when I received the bill and they had charged me $16.99 for each wiper. You can go to ******* and get the same wipers for $7.67. They overcharge for everything they do!

      Scamming customers is bad business! I told them I wanted an economy oil change. They charged me $92 and put synthetic oil in my car without permission.

      SAVE YOUR CAR...DO NOT GO THERE!! If I could, I would not even rate them one star.Their isn't a rating scale for them. We took our daughter's car to get an oil change. The car died the next day on her way home from school with many warning lights on. The car was towed to a dealership, and their technicians told us it'd be close to the end of the week til they can look at it, which was fine. It turned out that they found no oil and, due to that and its damage, we needed an engine, with an estimate of $8,600 for a used one. I called Take 5 and explained the situation. Take 5 said that their guy did put oil in. One of their managers went to the dealership and even WITNESSED the plug on the oil drainage fall as the dealership's technician had the car lifted. It was obvious that the plug was not tightened properly, and that was the reason the oil leaked out. A claim form was filled, and Take 5 kept on saying that they will call us with a decision. However, no one had called...not even a courtesy call, but that manager LIED that he spoke to my husband and told us they were not going to cover anything. They've lied since knowing this negligence. My daughter no longer has a car...due to one small oil change serviced by Take 5. What we thought was costing us less than $100 ended costing us close to $10,000. If this is the way their business runs, PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. Because they think they can get away with these situations, their lines of managers would ignore these claims/complaints, like mine and the others I've read in the reviews. Obviously, customer service does not matter to them and, most likely, nor does their reputation.

      Had a oil change.Christian brothers in *********,are saying take 5 put the wrong oil in.They are not honoring my warranty because of this.
