As a long-time Husqvarna customer, Im beyond frustrated with their warranty support service. My initial experience began when my 450X Automower had a wheel motor failure. Despite following all the necessary steps, it took nearly three months of escalations, delays, and miscommunication to finally get my mower fixed. What should have been a simple warranty claim turned into a nightmare, with Husqvarna failing to provide timely or adequate support. Even after repairs were completed, a wheel literally fell off the mower shortly after its return due to poor assembly checks. This entire situation was completely avoidable had they taken the time to ensure the product was properly serviced the first time.Unfortunately, my current experience has proven that Husqvarna hasn't improved. Im now dealing with a faulty power transformer, and once again, Ive been met with unnecessary delays. My dealer has the part ready to ship, yet Husqvarna has failed to authorize the warranty in a timely manner. They initially promised a 24-hour turnaround for approval on October 6, but when I followed up on October 9, they moved the goalposts to 48 hours, still past their ****** stuck in limbo, having to chase down customer support yet again. In my most recent call, they blamed voicemail tag between the dealer and themselves, even though both have access to the necessary email thread! Husqvarnas lack of ownership, accountability, and communication has left me doing all the legwork, just to get what I am owed under warranty. At this point, Im seriously questioning whether its worth purchasing Husqvarna products again, and Id advise potential customers to proceed with caution. The hassle, delays, and poor handling of claims are unacceptable.Husqvarna, if you value your customers, its time to take ownership of these issues and start delivering the support people expect from a brand like yours.Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

We just bought a Husqvarna pressure washer 2300 from garage sales. It looks new and unused but we found it leaked and had several broken parts so we tried to contact Husqvarna to talk to the live person but nobody except robot/ AI then we contacted the local distributor in ***** D&B and they also couldn't find any parts nor contact the Husqvarna CS. I think Husqvarna is deceiving customers by selling them then no more product support in the short term. It's unbelievable the company can still exist in the ** without getting ******* live-person customer service, no product support, no parts available for sale. How we can trust this company after no responsibility was given to the consumers. I think the commerce secretary needs to address this company. This is a fraud company. It looks real but is not. I don't know how to explain it. Nothing we can talk about or find the parts for the Husqvarna Pressure Washer 2300.Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

I have spoke to the automower support more than one occasion all they will do is refer me to the nearest dealer that works on them which is 3 hours away from where I live and will not return my calls or emails I'm so fed up with Husqvarna they just keep giving me a run around no one will help me fix my issueHusqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

Terrible, I send a 18" saw blade back to them one year ago as it was defective after waiting for the order for 2 months. After endless communications through their AI and phone calls to their head office and many commitments from them I sit without a replacement blade and the money to purchase it initially, some ****** +/-Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

Husqvarna has no customer service. Within a week of purchasing a weed trimmer at Lowes, I wanted to purchase the pole saw attachment as its on sale on the Husqvarna website and I need the attachment to reachsome dead limbs. But Lowes - the only recommendation Husqvarna dealer near me - doesnt carry the attachment. And no dealers nor servicing shops I contacted could offer the attachment at the same price. They actually complained about Husqvarna because they are undersold by the very company they ***resent as a dealer their supplier is underselling them and putting them out of *********** I tried to purchase the attachment from Husqvarna. But they have no customer service phone number. Actually, I found a number but it has a recorded message that states they dont provide live support, use the ********** I had trouble with the website a technical issue placing my order. I had to (can only) use a chat to communicate with an agent. Long wait times. The agent said he had to transfer me to another ***and I never heard from anyone, my chat was ended.I tried again and was told a *** would contact me via phone to resolve. None called but I did receive an email follow up stating my answer could be found via a link that was provided. The link sent me to the same website that initiated the chat. I tried a few more timesall useless and same end result: see our *********** can a company have a vast distribution network and sell products to the American public yet offer zero support for these products? Especially products that risk serious bodily injury including death?Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

I purchased an Automower for $3,500 installed. It relies on a ground wire. In the three years that I have owned it, it has only been operational for half that time. During this year (2024) as of now (August) it has only been operational for a total of two weeks.I have called Husqvarna around six times. Each time they give me 3 or 4 contractors in my area. From that list, most say they don't know why they're on the list. Nobody can maintain the ground wire on this system. My original installer has been to my house at least a dozen times but the fixes are always temporary.Husqvarna pretends to be helpful and interested but they're not. Eventually I filed suit against Husqvarna to get my money back. That case is ongoing at the time of this writing.Husqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

Me and my son bought the new xcite mower at basicly the same time last year , first was electrical problems now after only 52 hrs the deck has holes on both sides the deck about 6 to 8 inches long. Took it back to the dealer and the dealer said husqvarner couldnt find any issue with the metal in the deck so it isnt covered under warranty !!!! Theres absolutly no way with only 52 hrs the deck should be worn out already and only having it for a year, this will be a very costly repair if i got to replace tge deck every freaking year !!!! Sorry just plain sorryHusqvarna Professional Products, Inc.

Huskavarna customer support ***** . I have used them for 30 years, but won't buy another Huskavarna product. You can't talk to any one and they don't have needed parts to repair their poorly designed parts. Do not waste your time and money on their website. It ***** as bad as Huskavarna.
