  My husband and I had an electric hot water heater put in our attic from Ease/NuBlue Plumbing a little over a year ago. Just before it was a year old I called the ************* ,** office and told them they needed to come and see why the water was not staying hot. They did not show up! When I called back to tell them that we had no not water for the last 5 days they informed me that they no longer serviced our area ! This water heater is just over its one year warranty and the total cost of the water heater was $5070.63. We paid this in full at the time of completion. Now we have to have another Plumbing company come and repair this! This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They lie and have never let us know that they no longer serviced ************* or **********, ** where we reside.

  Hello, My Name is **** ******* and my wife is ****** ******* we live at ************************************************************* *** one of your electricians was here on Sept. 13 and did some amazing work for us. He was very friendly and worked quite well and we were amazed at his actions, they were so great that we were both amazed. When he was here then he had an assiitant by the name **** and **** also did great work work and was also very Friendly!! Then today friday the 20th I had asked *** to come back and put in more lights in my office and hang a fan with light in our garage. This time he had J J come and help him. Again *** and i were amazed at the quality of work that they did and at the speed they did .. Most of this work had to be done from ladders and both just did it with absolutely no problem.. We will be telling all of our neighbors about your company and for sure about the three that came to our home. Thank you for a great staff and for an amazingly great job.!!!!And yes we got all 5 stamps lite up and for good reason!!!!!!!

  This was the worst decision I ever made!!I called NuBlue Services plumbing the day after Christmas to come out to fix a leak under my sink.They sent ***** out and he lied to me and said I had a S-trap under my sink and it would have to be replaced by a P-trap.He also told me that I needed all the pipes under the house to meet building code.He talked me into having it done and also replacing my hot water heater,which cost over $14,000.00.They didn't even start the project for two days and when they did they came in and disrupted the whole household.They told me I had to replace the toilet and vanity&sink in bathroom,which I had to buy and go pick-up to be installed.They left the old toilet in the hall for two days.When they went to do the pipes they botched it BIG TIME.I had to get the State Inspector in to finally get it straighted out a month later.WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! It took a whole month and they messed up my duct work and my fridge that I had to get fixed myself.DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE for Plumbing.It was so bad that I can't even stand to talk about it anymore.Call me **** if you want any more info,just trying to keep and one else like me that is DISABLED and on a FIXED INCOME!!

  Do not use this company for any issues you might have, I was charged ****** to do a clean out of my sewer line. It took about 10 minutes to clear out and after the ****** service fee which i was OK with it being Saturday but the ****** for 10 minutes to ****** the clog was ridiculous. They did refund me ****** when I wrote a ****** review and now can not right another one maybe because they blocked me some way. I feel i need to be compensated another ****** for at least half of the cleaning out. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially if you want to be robbed of your money. I am a senior citizen and that was extremely high. Never again

  We had a wonderful experience with Nublue and *********************. **** arrived early, quickly determined what the job would require and talked me through what he was going to do. **** is *******************, pleasant and honest. He works quickly, but efficiently. He cleans up after he is finished to the point that I didn't even know that work had been done. As an added bonus, **** even helped our babysitter who had a dead battery in our driveway! I recommend **** and Nublue for your plumbing needs!

  NuBlue (used to be Viva Electric) has worked on a few electrical projects for me over the years. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend them.
