    Bethany is awesome! It was great to see a female technician this time. She was extremely thorough, professional, and has great customer service. I hope to have her again during one of my future maintenance visits. The only company I call when I'm having heating or cooling issues.

    The technician that came to help me was Ace. He was running late on his last visit but he kept me well informed as to the time when he would be there I live in a high-rise so he had to improvise about getting in and where to park, etc. no problem for him. I also have an air conditioning unit thats out on a balcony in a closet and he used the hot water heater to be able to clean the coils which is something that doesnt always get done around here so Im very very happy with him. He also suggested that I tell them the next time cause this is my first time, and they could bring a special sprayer that will clean it without having to use the hose. Excellent job thank you very much.

    After trying to deal with several other HVAC companies, One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning came out on a cold Saturday afternoon. Technician **** ***** appraised the situation quite quickly. He told me what the job would cost. He gave me options, something that the other HVAC **** didn't do. He didn't twist my arm to upsell me on an entirely new system as some others did. I got a copy of the estimate in my email, and I put in my order. A few days later, a One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning crew came out and got the job done. No noise, no mess, no fooling around. Boom. ************* made a very good impression. I didn't feel as though I had to watch my belongings as they worked. They were very respectful and willing to answer my questions. Would I recommend them? You bet. I'll have another system for them to work on sometime in the near future.

    Chris (and Chris) came out within the schedule timeframe for my air conditioner tuneup for the season. They were both professional and courteous and took measures to not track any dirt or do any damage to my home. They worked well as a team as one tended to the systems in the attic while the other worked on the A/C units outside, to minimize the amount of time impacted to me and my family. I have used one hour heating and air for years and wholeheartedly recommend them!
