    On October 25, 2023 we had our air conditioner unit replace by Delta T Mechanical Systems that came with a one year warranty that covers labor and manufacturer of five years for a total amount ********. We contacted Delta T Mechanical Systems on May 4, 2024. With our air conditioner unit sending to many voltage to our electrical panel in which cause our circuit breaker to stop working. On that day Delta T Mechanical Systems responded to our request to take a look to what was causing our air conditioner unit circuit breaker to stop working. While troubleshooting inside our electrical panel they disassemble panel electrical meter when they reassemble the panel electrical meter it sent to many voltage inside the condenser unit. In which cause our house to lose electricity and explosion inside our air conditioning unit . The results our condenser unit exploded and **********. The consequence *********** was call to come out to restore our service. Delta T Mechanical Systems charge us seven hundred dollar for labor and Freon. Where inside there contract it say one-year labor warranty. If Delta T Mechanical Systems would have not disassemble our panel electrical meter in which sent to many our condenser unit.

    The compressor was replaced  JUL 14TH 2024  and refilled refrigerant as manufacturer specification, it is working properly. ( we have no received the 700.00  payment as it was agree, only gave us ******) y we send question  days later if system cooling good?  and he  answered:   yes
