  I recently hired Carolina Metro Landscape, and I'm really happy with the service I received. They installed sod and plants at my home, and the results are excellent. The design was well-thought-out and looks fantastic. The team was professional, communicative, and clearly knew their stuff. I appreciated their attention to detail and would definitely recommend them to others looking for landscaping services.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please beware of this scammer! Their communication is awful and all they do is make up excuses. We originally met with ****** in early November 2024 and he explained to us that he would do everything the way we wanted it and would make sure the materials were all approved before purchase and even said that all his employees wore go-pros while they worked so we could see the daily progress. We were so excited to have a beautiful backyard! Unfortunately after we paid our 50% deposit at the end of November, we barely heard from them for 3 entire months. They kept saying they would start the following week and then they stopped answering our calls, texts and emails altogether. They were clearly screening our calls because we could only get them to answer when calling from a different number. They finally dropped off SOME material on 2/5/25 but were not back to the house until 2/17. Since then, they have barely come out and basically left our yard in shambles. Nothing is as it was described in the quote and we were never given the chance to review the materials we would receive (definitely no go-pros). In hindsight, these were all red flags. This company is NOT a landscaping company, they just hire out the cheapest labor they can find. At this point, we are not expecting any money back, but will not be paying them any more money. We just hope to save the next person from having to go through this! Please do not give this company your money, go with a different landscaper and make sure you do your due diligence before giving any kind of deposit!!!

  This person broke there contract and still owes our company money. We have also sent all documentation to the company attorney. We do not like to proceed this way but these ex-customers read and sign our company agreement that completely explains the terms. We are a very busy company and if we were as bad as this customer has made us out to be we wouldn't have the business demand from our great customers that we do. When in business there is always one out of every twenty or so customers that you can never get to understand or please in this process and this customer is that one in twenty we are talking about. We have so many great customers out there and those customers are the ones that understand the process of construction and understand the terms they signed and agreed to. Again we truly hate having to bring the company attorney in on any business practices but we have to set an example that our company's name will not be defamed because you broke your agreement. The owner has said that we want to do anything and everything we can for our top customers that are truly great customers but that one customer we come across is like having that one bad apple in the company as a employee, we have to fire that person and go after the very best employees for our customers. And that one customer that has defamed what we as a company along with the help of many great customers that has helped us build over the past 20 years will not go down in vain. We will spare no expense in the court of law to rectify the situation and bring this customer to justice....

  ************** has been servicing my sprinkler system for 3 years. In that time, I have had multiple leaks thats needed fixed. **** and ******* have been extremely helpful repairing the issues. They are genuinely good guys, clean up the mess and get the job done correctly. I couldnt be happier with this company and their work.

  Thank you so much ***** for your honest review. To bad there aren't more customers like you. Lately we had customers bashing because they saw a political party license plate on one of our employees trucks. It's ridiculous to hurt a company and make up lies on a company because of someone's political stance. You have been great and we are glad you are part of the *** family. Have a great Christmas!

  Please please please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. ****** "**** *********" and read about his history of scams. Check Mecklenburg County arrest warrant records of which he has at least two. Read and believe the 1-star reviews on ******, look into the accounts posting ****** reviews and see if you think they look real ... The main photo on its ****** page is of a different landscaping company. ******** Metro's address is a coworking space ... There are many discrepancies if you start digging. Reach out to me, and I'd be happy to share more of what I know. Don't be like me and lose thousands of dollars. Hire a different landscaper!

  BBB - I hired Carolina Metro Landscape to install a concrete driveway, stone patio and kitchen area. Great job. High craftsmanship, very professional. If you want the best you will have to wait on these guys because they stayed booked but they are good at what they do. If you can't wait and want you non professional work, then you need to look else where but if you want the a professional job and done right. Carolina Metro Landscape is definitely worth the wait.

  This is a great company. We have used them many, many times on projects. They have some of the greatest employees and there experience is second to none. I do see some responses from a couple of looks like subcontractors in Carolina Metro Landscape's reviews. These guys have been around 28 years. If they didn't pay their subs, they couldn't stay in business. In their business they have to have subs. They probably did some very bad work that had to be redone and they didn't get paid which I 100% agree with. Carolina Metro Landscape only does the best work and will take nothing less than perfect. Would recommend them to anyone...

  *******,It's been a pleasure working with you and your company throughout the years. We got to where we are by doing great work, having highly trained employees, and great subs. You are right about the 2 so- called subcontractors that left a 1 star review. We are going to have to tear out everything that did and have it redone. If we had to rate them, it would certainly be a "F". They were vetted but lied about what they could do and what they have done. Stated they were licensed and were not. It's getting ridiculous with some of these so-called subs as they go and watch ******* videos and now they are top tier builders and concrete formers. We found out the ***************** just got out of Prison which we understand people can be reformed and learn a trade while in prison but this guy was the worse builder I've ever seen. We always run a GoPro Video on all our jobsites and in my video you can hear me say when I first walked up, "Man that deck is walking down hill. It's not leveled at all and there are gaps in your boards". You could see it clear as day and this guy honestly thought he was given us a top 10 job... It's laughable! We would never leave a job like this with our name on it to a customer so we told the customer we would obviously take care of it and explained that there is a severe labor shortage going on and that we have to sometimes use subs. We understand everyone makes mistakes when vetting a sub and our HR Management got taken on this one. We did a major discount for the customer plus the job is being redone. The customer was happy with that. So, thank you for pointing out our past experience and letting the customers know that we have their best intentions at heart and mind and will always give them the very best project.

  These guys do such great work. They installed our paver patio, beautiful sitting wall, deck and outdoor kitchen area. They did such a wonderful job that our neighbor ended up using them on there pool install as well. We recommend anyone in the ************** to use them.
