I ordered a print from this company. After 3 weeks I get a confirmation that it was delivered but I never got it. Never arrived. Now Ive been trying to communicate with them that it never came . I told them I dont want a refund I just want the print. Still no print. Its been another three weeks!Review fromSD E

DO NOT PARTNER WITH THIS COMPANY: Printful's vinyl record warehousing services have been an extremely disappointing experience. I am still holding the launch of my entire album because they refuse to take any responsibility for their horrible service and warehousing practices. Since November 2023: - 100% damage rate on shipped vinyl records due to improper packaging - Multiple promises to improve packaging with no actual changes (they actually lied about this twice in writing) - Over 3 months of unresolved support tickets - Continuous requests to resend previously provided information - $3,600 invested in services that failed to meet basic handling requirements Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues professionally, we've received only deflection and delays. Our inventory (496 vinyl records valued at $8,000) remains at risk due to inadequate handling procedures. The most concerning aspects: - Complete failure to properly package vinyl records - Lack of accountability for damaged products - Poor communication and resolution times - Repeated empty promises of improvement I would strongly caution any business dealing with delicate items like vinyl records to thoroughly investigate alternatives before considering Printful's warehousing services. Worst customer service ever. No response at all regarding my order in which not only did they send me the wrong size but also the numbers were printed in the wrong sequence. Not a real company - I recommend you stay away from Printful.Having sold on ****** for over 10 years, I tried to move some made-to-order volume to Printful. After 3 weeks, Printful had fulfilled ZERO orders after numerous attempts to reach out to their customer service to get the correctly integrated Amazon orders manufactured and fulfilled.Stay away to avoid the headache and choose a reputable manufacturer instead.Printful

been waiting two weeks for updates on an order that was supposed to have arrived two days ago. Last update shows it's been sitting in a warehouse on the ****** ********** border for a week. NO information given by customer service aside from what is already known (its late) and that they won't do ANYTHING until it's AN ADDTIONAL 7 days late, making it COMPLETELY USELESSPrintful

We never receive our orders on time. Also, we shelled out over $1000 and never got paid for the sales we did make. I will never use Printful again. Printful is most definitely a scam.Printful

After checking your communication with our Support team we can see that recently you've reached out to us regarding an order that was marked as Delivered, but wasn't received. Please know that we are truly sorry for the experience you had. That said, we also want to note that if the carrier's information indicates that order was delivered, we won`t be able to issue reshipment or refund as per our policy and you would have to file the claim with the carrier directly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !! **************** keeps giving me the run around and basically doesn't respond to my complaint and concerns. They cut and paste from a script. Order placed on October 6th - fulfilled on October 10th. Never left the warehouse in ** until October 18th. It's now October. 23rd and still haven't seen the order. I've requested a refund a number of times - this order was needed for an event that now is past and I can not use the product. Per the customer service response - I need to wait 6 days beyond the expected delivery day -- which was October 16th. That is TODAY and they are now asking me to wait another 3 days. The lack of concern and follow up is poor - they do not stand behind the product. a $300 order that was a waste on my end.Printful

We have been using Printful to supply shirts and sweaters for our employees and customers across multiple locations. Unfortunately, the quality of their products has been severely lacking, and their customer service has been unhelpful in resolving our concerns.Two years ago, we placed an order for 260 shirts, and over time, weve gone through about 90 of them. Out of these, more than 60 have come back in terrible condition after just 15 washes. The shirts are fading and developing holes, and the heat press on the sweaters isnt holding up. This isn't an isolated issuethese problems have occurred across all three of our locations, affecting around 30 employees.Despite reaching out to Printful twice, weve received no resolution. They claim their refund policy only covers 30 days, but the reality is it takes longer than that to fully assess such a large-scale problem. It takes time to gather feedback, investigate the cause, and verify that its not a one-off issue. Printful has even tried to shift the blame onto us, saying its due to how the shirts are being washed. However, we previously used Custom Ink for our apparel, and we still have shirts from five years ago that look new.We are deeply disappointed with Printfuls lack of accountability and poor product quality. Not only have we lost money, but our reputation with customers who purchase these items has also been affected. We can no longer, in good faith, sell these products online or provide them to our employees.We are requesting a refund for the defective products and expect better customer service moving forward.Printful

After checking your communication with our support team, I can see that our Resolutions team has contacted you already and has provided a courtesy refund for your orders PF109560742 and PF105374078 - that are over our usual 30-day claim window. We also understand that you still have some items that are unpacked. As our colleague has suggested if any of the prints from the unpackaged products wash out, please send us a video/photo of it and we could look into this further from our side to understand what could have caused it. WORST TIME AND MONEY WASTED WITH THIS COMPANY. Couldnt even get my dang shop connected. After over a week of time of back and forth with this company, doing everything they asked to "fix" the problem-the problem never got fixed and my shop never got linked. Basically all I got was a "sorry, but thats all we can do" (Also during all this.. They kept saying that the only way to fix the problem is to do this one thing.. which I told them well over 7 times I did and it didnt change ANYTHING)So now I have to remake my entire website with a different host so I can use a different printing company.Printful

Hi, ***** Thank you for sharing your concerns and experience. We're sorry to hear that the issue hasn't been fixed. We've checked the communication you had with our support team and we can see that after checking the issue with our tech team they confirmed that the store is connected to another account that belongs to your former client. It is not possible to connect the same store via two different Printful accounts. Thus, the resolution would be for the former client to remove the store permanently. Although, the Square store is currently disconnected/not active on their account, we've checked that particular account and we can see that the Square store is still integrated with Printful. That said, to fully remove the Square store from the old Printful account, the account user would need to go to their ********************** Settings > Stores > select the Square store from the drop-down menu> and click "Remove". At the moment that store is still showing and hasn't been removed. Once it is removed, you will be able to connect your store to your new Printful account.Review fromTom M
